Annual General Meeting 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Art Gallery of Northumberland (AGN) will take place on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.  for the following purposes:

• To present the annual report from the Board of Directors;

• To present the auditor’s report;

• To appoint auditors for the ensuing year;

• To elect members of the Board and

• To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

The Board of Directors encourages you as Members of the AGN to attend the Annual General Meeting.
